Can I use your balms on my face?
We do! So absolutely. All of our balms are formulated for whole-body use, including the face.
Does your tallow balm smell beefy?
Not at all. We take great care in using rendered clean, grass-fed tallow using methods that preserve its nourishing properties while minimizing any odor. At
most, you might catch a faint, buttery aroma in our Bare formula — easily masked by our essential oil blends.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, all our simple formulas are made from purely natural ingredients! The nutrient profile of our pure tallow so closely resembles human skin, it's highly compatible across skin types. For our special formulas with botanicals, it's always smart to patch test; we've never received reports of reactions, but can't pretend to know everyone's unique situation.
What is 'yellow' beeswax and why do you use it?
There are two main types of beeswax, white and yellow. White beeswax is most common, due to it's lack of color. However, white beeswax goes through a 'bleaching' process to remove the color. To us, this process obviously isn't just removing it's natural yellow color, but also beneficial properties. We only use completely natural and unbleached raw yellow beeswax that retains all it's beneficial nutrients.
How long does shipping take?
We ship out in 1-2 business days using USPS Priority Mail which comes with a fast expected delivery time of 2-3 days and tracking included. Faster expedited shipping is also available in checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do! If your order total is $40 or over, we'll ship it for free.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we'll email you a tracking number straight away to keep track of where you order is. You can also use the 'Support -> Order Lookup' tool in our website menu.
My package says delivered, but I don’t see it.
Check around your home, mailbox, and porch.
Ask neighbors or building staff if it was misdelivered.
Give it 24–48 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely (Who knows why, but this actually happened to our own personal orders too! Then they showed up the next day.)
If it still doesn’t show up, contact us and we’ll investigate or replace it if needed.
How do subscriptions work?
Our subscription option allows you to receive your favorite products automatically based on your chosen time frame! Is it part of your daily routine? Choose to receive your order every 30 or 60 days, and never be without it. Set and forget, we'll handle the rest. Subscribers enjoy a generous 20% off on every order, with priority in stock and shipments. You can always easily modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at anytime after your second order.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Of course! We give you complete control over your subscription. After your second order, modify your chosen products, pause or skip a delivery, or cancel with no penalties whatsoever.
Do you offer any guarantees?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all our products, that's how confident we are you'll love them. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please contact us and we'll make it right.
What is your return policy?
While we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, due to the nature of our natural products, we do not accept or require returns. We do not resell or reuse products once it's been out of our hands, and we know you wouldn't want one that has.
