📦 Shipping & Refund Policy

At Reliefscape, we carefully craft, package, and ship each product with the intention that it reaches you in perfect condition and on time. Please review the policies below before ordering to understand how we handle shipping, damages, cancellations, and refunds.


🕊️ SHIPPING POLICY

Carriers:
We primarily use USPS as our shipping carrier. However, in some cases, we may elect to use an alternative carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) if it allows us to deliver your package more efficiently or on the same timeline selected at checkout.

Order Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons, holidays, or new product launches.

Holiday Shipping Delays:
Delivery delays due to the observance of national holidays are outside our control. We do not issue refunds (partial or full) for shipping delays during these periods.

Acts of God & Unforeseeable Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.


📫 TRACKING, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Missing Packages:
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please:

  1. Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, garage, backdoor, etc.)
  2. Ask your neighbors in case it was delivered nearby
  3. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
  4. Contact our support team at support@reliefscape.com so we can help investigate

If your package is stolen or cannot be recovered, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


✏️ ADDRESS ERRORS & REROUTED PACKAGES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Reliefscape is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If a package must be rerouted or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping.
  • We reserve the right to charge at least the amount billed to us by the carrier for rerouting or redelivery.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact support@reliefscape.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.


🧴 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of personal care and natural skincare products, all sales are final. Imagine receiving an older, possibly tainted product someone else rejected, unbeknownst to you, meant for your skin. We wouldn't want that, we know you wouldn't either.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Skin reactions or personal sensitivity
  • Dislike of scent or texture
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product

Please read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. When in doubt, please reach out for any questions.


🔁 INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Email support@reliefscape.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. We’ll promptly evaluate the situation and make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing store credit

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (COMING SOON)

We currently ship within the United States. As we grow, we plan to explore international options for our products. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in Reliefscape, feel free to let us know!


💳 REFUNDS

Refunds are granted only in cases of order cancellations before shipment or if we are unable to fulfill your order. If a refund is issued:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
