Why does my balm look different from the last one?
Each balm is handcrafted in small batches using real, unrefined ingredients — and nature doesn’t do uniform. Slight variations in color, texture, or firmness are normal and reflect the natural qualities of our ingredients (especially tallow).
Why isn't my balm as fluffy as I expected?
Changes in temperature during shipping can cause balms to melt and resolidify, which may affect texture. The balm is still safe and effective — just warm a small amount between your hands and apply as usual.
Does your tallow balm smell beefy?
Not at all. We take great care in rendering clean, grass-fed tallow using methods that preserve its nourishing properties while minimizing any odor. At most, you might catch a faint, buttery aroma — easily masked by our essential oil blends.
Are your balms safe for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes. Every formula is non-comedogenic and made without fillers, synthetic fragrance, or harsh preservatives. For oily or acne-prone skin, we recommend our ⚖️ Soothing Matte balm — specially designed to clarify and provide balance for oil-prone skin.
Can I use your balms on my face?
Absolutely. All Reliefscape balms are formulated for whole-body use — including the face. A small amount goes a long way.
How long do your products last?
Generally, our balms are good for 12+ months if kept in a cool, dry place and used with clean hands. As always, trust your senses — if it smells or looks off, it’s time to replace.

How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
My package says delivered, but I don’t see it. What should I do?
- Check around your home, mailbox, and porch
- Ask neighbors or building staff if it was misdelivered
- Give it 24–48 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely
If it still doesn’t show up, contact us and we’ll investigate or replace it if needed.
What if I accidentally entered the wrong address?
Let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. If it has already left our facility, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Reactions are rare, but everyone’s skin is different. Discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider if needed. Reach out to us — we’ll help troubleshoot and find a better fit for your skin.
🧪 About the Ingredients
Are your products really all-natural?
Really really. We never use synthetic preservatives, emulsifiers, dyes, or fragrance. Each ingredient is chosen for its function and purity — if it doesn’t serve your skin, and can't go in your mouth, it’s not in the jar.
Do you use preservatives?
No artificial preservatives. Our balms are oil-based and self-preserving when stored properly. Keep your jar cool, dry, and tightly sealed, and it should last a year or more.
Is tallow safe?
Absolutely — when it’s clean, grass-fed, and well-rendered, like ours. Tallow is incredibly biocompatible with human skin and rich in nutrients. We source ours exclusively from small farms that raise animals responsibly, using every part of the animal in a nose-to-tail tradition.
